Tagore The Middle School, Grades 5 to 7, challenges the learners with a broader curriculum.

At MCGS we believe in preparing our students to effectively communicate, solve problems – using their critical and creative faculties, manage information, and learn how to participate in diverse teams. Our Workrooms and laboratories all work in harmony with the pedagogy of our school, sustaining and supporting our mission of providing hands-on experience in learning.

Resourcefulness and commitment to work are encouraged. Each student’s talent is channelised in a range of hobby clubs. Field trips and excursions are organized. Tests and examinations now become a part of the assessment methodology and parents are kept appraised of the child’s academic progress. The school follows an assessment system that is both formative and cumulative in nature. The students are trained throughout the year for the semester system of the examination pattern as per the new education policy.

Classrooms have Smart Boards, which can be used to display educational content as per the requirements of various grades. Special focus is given to non-academic subjects like dance, arts, music, yoga, values & sports to ensure that every student’s passion is flamed and they are given an opportunity to shine and showcase their talent.
